Our Policy

Harborside Taxi & Limo has a policy charter which includes the following:

Booking is confirmed via receipt of credit card details. Should there be no credit card details received, there will be no company representation for the transfer.

For security reasons, cash transactions are not accepted for transfers. Cash transactions between the client and the driver are not considered as form of payment for company services rendered.

Harborside Taxi & Limo is a subsidiary of Celebrity Transfers & Concierge Service Bahamas. All payments will be made to Celebrity Transfers & Concierge Service Bahamas.

All reservations will be confirmed by receipt of a Credit Card facility. In the unlikely event that Credit Card details are not received prior to the clients’ arrival, there will be no representation from the company.

We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Card facilities.

For delayed flights, we require that we be contacted either at the head office or via a mobile number that will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your booking. In the event that we are not contacted, the client will be billed thirty minutes after scheduled arrival.

Upon arrival, clients are afforded a free wait period of thirty minutes for Bahamas Immigration and Customs formalities. Should you not meet your driver or make contact with our offices within thirty minutes of your arrival, wait charges will be incurred based on the hourly rates.

Cancellations will only be accepted be telephone or a written communication and must be done 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this period will result in the client being billed for the transfer.

There is a 15% service charge for all services.

As vehicles are booked by the hour, clients requesting additional stops en route will be billed the hourly rate should the time extend beyond the hour.

On all reservations, bookings will be considered as “no-show” after one (1) hour of the scheduled pick up time. Once contact has not been made with our head office to advise of delays, clients will be billed in full for the reservation.

Luggage van services will be used where the number of baggage exceeds the storage capacity of selected vehicle.

Any transfers before 5:00 a.m. or after 12:00 a.m. are charged an Early Morning or Late Night fee of $50.00 in addition to the hourly rate.

It is our company’s policy to be very selective when it comes to our vehicles and hiring our employees. Only the best is good for our clients.

Our vehicles are checked twice each year by country officials to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Our services are provided to all areas of New Providence and Paradise Island.

We cover all aspects of transportation services such as airport transfers, night-outs, business meetings, weddings and more.

All our chauffeurs have excellent knowledge in city attractions in New Providence and Paradise Island. In addition, they are well informed on restaurants, hotels, fine dining and clubs. They can generally advise you on how to spend your time given your preferences. Please, do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help you enjoy and enhance your experience with us.

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place your reservation as soon as you have confirmed your travel dates and times.

Reservations may be made on-line via our website.
Changes to reservations require the request being made via e-mail.

Upon arrival at the airport, clear Bahamas Customs and Immigration and then collect luggage. Proceed to the exit of the terminal and your driver will be there with a sign. He/She will then bring your vehicle around.

There is a 24-hour notice Cancellation policy.

If a client fails to show up at the airport under any circumstances, i.e. missed connecting flight, changed flight, lost luggage at airport, and we do not receive a cancellation call, full charges apply.

All no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must contact our office so that the driver may be contacted or e-mail in the event that your plans or flight have been changed.

After you have received your "Confirmation Number", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.

Harborside Taxi & Limousine Airport Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If, you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees/taxes and gratuity.
